The experimental results are consistent with batch production and can be scaled up for large-scale production.
HKZN Engineering Technology Research Center has advanced experimental facilities and a professional technical team. It has introduced the advanced Mastersizer3000 Malvern laser particle size analyzer to measure the particle size and particle size distribution of materials. Dandong Better Laser/Image Particle Size and Shape Analyzer, Ultrasonic Processor and other instruments are used for combined testing to provide customers with real and effective data. In addition to particle size testing, the viscosity of the slurry is tested with a viscometer, and the particle morphology and solid content are observed with electronic halogen moisture meter, analysis and precision balance and other precision instruments.
How to apply for material experiment?
1. Contact Hongkai Intelligent Research Center

2. Preliminary communication, provide material information and requirements
– During the initial communication, please provide the sales engineer with information such as material name, original particle size, target discharge particle size, solvent type, sampling requirements, etc. The sales engineer will recommend the appropriate experimental machine model and the required amount of grinding powder for you, and assist in filling out the experimental application form.
– In order to reduce waiting time, the experimental technician will arrange the grinding experiment reasonably according to the filled content and actual situation to ensure efficient completion.
3. Material delivery and experimental observation
– You are welcome to visit the research center in person to discuss grinding requirements with the experimental technicians and intuitively understand the experimental process.
– If you are far away, you can choose to mail the samples to us. We can also provide mailing services for subsequent discharge samples.
4. Grinding experiment
– According to the sample information and experimental requirements provided, the research center will prepare the cleaned sand mill and grinding media, and configure the slurry according to the solid content. During the experiment, the technician will take samples regularly, record relevant data, and adjust parameters as needed to ensure that the grinding effect meets the requirements.
5. Receive the experimental report
– After the experiment, we will provide a detailed particle size distribution frequency curve and key data, and send you an electronic experimental report.
